Born and raised in Vancouver, Washington with 20 years experience in the real property industry, Joe’s professional journey is unique and exceptional having built dual careers. As a consultant pharmacist, pharmacy manager, and leading clinical services development, Joe bridged the gap between his expertise in healthcare and understanding how homeownership can be a powerful tool for investment and financial stability. Joe currently owns and manages eight properties across the Pacific Northwest, in cities such as Vancouver and Seattle in Washington, and Hillsboro and Portland in Oregon. Licensed Real Estate Broker in Washington and Oregon.
Active board member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) Portland Chapter, Senior advisor for the Vietnam Health Clinic, and Joe served six medical missions to Vietnam, mentoring and guiding student volunteers.
Living the Pacific Northwest dream with his wife Nana and their beloved Goldendoodle, Minnie. Joe values family, community, church at Lavang Parish in Happy Valley, Oregon and creating meaningful connections with others.
Johnny grew up in the Northeast neighborhoods of Portland, building within a deep connection to the community he calls home.
Inspired by his Dad and watching his work in general construction sparked Johnny's interest in homes and real estate starting from a young age.
"He taught me the value of hard work and attention to detail. He also taught me about loss." During the recession in 2009, Johnny's family lost their home. It took the family eight years to rebuild until they found their forever home. That personal journey furthered Johnny's interest in real estate. Helping others achieve that same feeling of stability and happiness with home, was a passion Johnny wanted to pursue.
