Tony knows real estate and Kayla checks the numbers. Together, they "pencil it out" to determine if the property investment makes sense adding to their portfolio — such as their
"forever home with a water view."
Kayla is the "glue," strong supporter of Tony's busy, always on, business. "She's the spark that became my wife the day
I got my real estate license."

Meet Johnny Do
BORN AND RAISED IN PORTLAND, OREGON
Johnny grew up in the Northeast neighborhoods of Portland, building within a deep connection to the community he calls home.
Inspired by his Dad and watching his work in general construction sparked Johnny's interest in homes and real estate starting from a young age.
"He taught me the value of hard work and attention to detail. He also taught me about loss." During the recession in 2009, Johnny's family lost their home. It took the family eight years to rebuild until they found their forever home. That personal journey furthered Johnny's interest in real estate. Helping others achieve that same feeling of stability and happiness with home, was a passion Johnny wanted to pursue.
"Why I Love What I Do: I know firsthand how emotional and overwhelming the process of buying or selling a home can be. That’s why I’m all about making the experience as smooth, clear, and stress-free as possible for my clients."
Dual-Licensed Professional: Holds a Real Estate Brokers Licensed in both Oregon and Washington.
"I can help clients on either side of the Columbia River find their perfect home."

WORKING WITH team "TAJ"
SERVICE MINDSET
You truly need a heart for serving when you own your own business, particularly in real estate. There's so much "behind the scenes" work a Realtor® performs for customers and prospective customers, often without notice or recognition. You've got to love making people smile, feel comfortable, and let their experience be memorable — quite possibly all hours of the day. Super Bowl Sunday and Christmas Eve included. Real Estate never sleeps! We recognize this, and
enjoy to serve.
WE SEARCH FOR "GEMS"
Real Estate is an art and numbers game. One must have an eye for, and be able to uncover "good bones," extrapolate inconsistencies, and package it all together for the the right occupants, the right plot, neighborhood, community, city and state. Know the numbers! Everything is connected in real estate. There are many parties involved, emotions at stake, and money (often life savings) changing hands. Sometimes it feels as though you are searching for a "gem." That gem might be the home itself, or a trusted partner that helps move along the process. Such as the best photographer, handyman, inspector, marketing technology and lender. We work to find "gems," people and property.
ESTABLISHED TRACK RECORD
Longevity in the game of real estate provides an arsenal of prior contracts, and professionals to circle back on, learn from, and strategize with. This is helpful as the real property industry changes rapidly. There is so much to know. Sometimes it's key to work with a Realtor® who has a depth of history, is surrounded by a strong cohesive team, and strives to keep moving forward.
Knows Real Estate. Works Hard. Closes Deals. Happy Clients.
That's Tony, Joe , Johnny and Leo.
GROWTH MINDSET
In 2024, the Portland region, single-family detached residential property market had over $11 billion in total sales volume, just shy of nearly 17 thousand sales transactions.

Which means to team TAJ, we better get to work! There is a lot of opportunity to help clients turn their real estate goals into reality. With that, our team has grown to better serve you and area niche markets.
