Real Estate is an art. One must have an eye for, and be able to uncover  "good bones," extrapolate inconsistencies, and package it all together for the the right occupants, the right plot, neighborhood, community, city and state. Everything is connected in real estate. There are many parties involved, emotions at stake, and money (often life savings) changing hands. Sometimes it feels as though you are searching for a "gem." That gem might be the home itself, or a trusted partner that helps move along the process. Such as the best photographer, handyman, marketing technology and lender.
