You truly need a heart for serving when you own your own business, particularly in real estate. There is so much "behind the scenes" work a Realtor® performs for his customers and prospective customers, often without notice or recognition. You've got to love making people smile, laugh, and let their experience be memorable — quite possibly all hours of the day. Super Bowl Sunday and Christmas Eve included. Real Estate never sleeps! Real Estate is an art. One must have an eye for, and be able to uncover "good bones," extrapolate inconsistencies, and package it all together for the the right occupants, the right plot, neighborhood, community, city and state.
